Phoenix, Arizona trio unleash their self-titled debut album; a boisterous 13 track collection featuring the lines of Aminé, JPEGMAFIA, Rico Nasty, Cakes da Killa, Freddie Gibbs and DRAM, as well as the singles ‘Jailbreak The Tesla‘ and ‘Koruna & Lime‘.
As hip-hop outsiders with no homegrown scene, Injury Reserve started out playing at local house parties and resorted to recording their debut mixtape in a dentist’s office. Their innovative music and boisterous live shows lead to collaborations and tours with Vic Mensa, Ho99o9, JPEGMAFIA and others: then in 2018, the three friends met Kyambo “hip hop” Joshua – the A&R man who signed Kanye West to Roc-A-Fella Records – and through him inked a deal with Loma Vista [Denzel Curry, St Vincent, Show Me The Body].
