His first since recent album ‘Yesterday’s Gone,’ Loyle Carner drops off new track ‘Ottolenghi’ with a video to boot. Named after, and loosely inspired by, pioneering chef Yotam Ottolenghi, the song came to life when Carner was quizzed by a family on a commuter train about the ‘Bible’ he was reading, which was in fact the aforementioned chef’s cookbook ‘Jerusalem’. The video comes courtesy of award-winning director Oscar Hudson [Pulse Films] and follows Loyle and family on a train journey into the surreal, and even features a cameo from the eponymous master chef.
