South East London rapper/singer Elheist teams up with Province friend and collaborator Haich for ‘Matter Of Fact / Not That Easy’. The new track is an ode to Mississippi songwriter Ray J – kinda. Elheist’s vocal begins smooth and echoing over some leftfield beats from Haich. Before long, things take a turn for the heavy, with an apologetically UK sound that draws from Garage, UK Funky, Bass and Dancehall. It’s as silky and finessed as it is gritty and hard.
