EKA Beats releases his first album since 2016; ‘Coordinates’. The South London producer grew up playing the trumpet before switching to synths and drum machines to create an exciting blend of Alt Hip Hop & Trap that borrows as much from Chicago’s Drill sound as it does the LA beat scene. Vocal features from the artist himself as well as Manlikerods root [as well as, presumably, the coordinates on the cover] root the album in ints native city, while the stand-out track has to be ‘Fall Off’, featuring US rapper Daylan Hill.
