Italy’s Alcatrz is a very interesting proposition indeed. Debut single ‘Sexy’ is a swaggering, synth-pop / Hip Hop crossover released via his own independent label Digital Pop Records. Both the track and self-directed visual are so dripping with lo-fi, condfident camp that they’re instantly intriguing.
