We’ve had our eye on Italian beatmaker Odeeno for a minute now. Our love affair with his consistently high quality output began with short EP ‘MΔnd‘, and is showing no sign of letting up following his last release, ‘FlowbrΔn‘. Until now, the Naples-native has been releasing independently, but new project ‘Untouchable Mirror’ comes to us via Calgary DIY label Inner Ocean Records, who call it “a succinct, assertive array of rhythm and groove.” We’d be inclined to agree, fans of Knxwledge will love the tape’s shuffling sophistication, which Odeeno says is “borne of an interpersonal journey, through a journey that perhaps will never end.” Stream below via SoundCloud, click here to get your hands on the cassette.
