Entering its sixth year in Eastville Park, Bristol-based Festival Love Saves The Day announces it’s full line-up for 2017 – and we’re excited. The two day festival takes place this 27th and 28th May, showcasing a huge variety of genres and bringing together an extraordinary mix of talent.
While Swedish Electro-Pop purveyors Little Dragon take the headline slot on Saturday, they’re preceded by Mura Masa, whose ‘Someday Somewhere EP‘ continues to gather momentum thanks to recent A$AP Rocky remix, ‘Love$ick‘. Biasonic Records label boss Zed Bias will be joined by Trigga to head up the Dance Off x Gutterfunk stage, with a special guest yet to be announced on the Cloud 9 stage.
Sunday’s headliners are Fat Freddy’s Drop, whose soulful blend of Dub, Jazz and R&B has taken them around the world from their native Wellington, New Zealand. Hip Hop poet Kate Tempest will also be making an appearance on Saturday’s mainstage, as well as buzzing Brixton MC AJ Tracey. Toronto Jazz trio BadBadNotGood will also make a rare UK appearance, as will Province favourites Kano, Hannah Faith and Novelist.
Tickets for the festival are available now – head to lovesavestheday.org to cop yours.
