British producer The NInetys releases ‘Neighbours’, a new track from upcoming mixtape ‘We Are Not The Same’, a self-released collection of previously unreleased material amassed over the course of 2016. The lead track places pitched-down vocal from an as-yet unnamed MC over a hard-hitting Hip Hop beat, ending with a a spacey take on that classic West Coast synth sound.
