CLIPPING – BABY DON’T SLEEP

Experimental Hip Hop trio Clipping release ‘Baby Don’t Sleep’, a new video in collaboration with multi-disciplinary artist Cristopher Cichocki. The intense, abbrasive track is matched brilliantly by Cichocki’s experiments with interference static, oscilloscopic wavelengths and flicker-frame animation.  The track comes with the announcement that Clipping will release new album ‘Splendor & Misery’ on September 9, their first new project since the recently-released ‘Wriggle EP‘.  To be released on Sub Pop/Deathbomb Arc, the album will be “a dystopian, Afrofuturist concept album that follows the sole survivor of a slave uprising on an interstellar cargo ship”.  Pre-order that here on iTunes, stream ‘Baby Don’t Sleep’ below via YouTube.
