Mysterious vocalist/producer Mont Jake releases his ‘Shadow’ EP, with new track ‘This Goes On’ joining ‘Shadow‘ and ‘I Had Music‘, to complete the trilogy. The project is as much a homage to Golden Age Hip Hop as it is a smooth, fresh take on modern R&B. Verses from Wu Tang legend Masta Killa and Chicago’s Noname are a nod to the former while lofty melodies and crisp falsetto tick boxes for the latter.
