TA-KU & WAFIA – MEET IN THE MIDDLE

Perth producer Ta-ku teams up with Brisbane vocalist Wafia for ‘Meet In The Middle’, the first release from their collaborative ‘(m)edian’ EP, out on Future Classic on June 24th. A downbeat spin on electro-R&B, the woozy, synth-driven production and the exchange of soulful vocals, underpinned by the considered arrangement, combine to pack a real emotional punch.  As Ta-ku has said, “All aspects of the song tell a story that runs parallel to both our lives.
