Hudson Mohawke’s most recent ‘Lantern‘ LP featured the tender, yet epic ‘Indian Steps’, an emotive track which draws on the soft vocals of Antony Hegarty.  Five months later, HudMo hands over to i-D Magazine and German director Daniel Sannwald to give the track some truly unique visuals inspired but Rodin’s sculpture, ‘The Kiss’.  “For the video I recreate that sculpture with two elderly bodies,” explains Saanwald. “It was very touching and moving to see two aging bodies in such an intimate way. I wanted to use them as a symbol of time but also to capture the beauty of such vulnerability.”   Stream below via YouTube.
