Shortly before announcing the album’s title, release date and tracklist, Jay Rock releases title track, ‘90059’. Beginning with some smooth vocals from SZA over a Funky bass lurch, the track switches up by the time JR gets on the mic with an unrestrained, ODB-esque flow. ‘90059’ the album [with guest features from Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Busta Rhymes, SZA & Isaiah Rashad] is due out August 18 2016, although critics expect this to be a provisional date, allowing for a surprise release.
