Jay Rock’s upcoming [as yet untitled] album was slated for release last year. TDE released massive albums from the likes of Kendrick Lamar [‘To Pimp A Butterfly‘] and Ab-Soul [‘These Days…‘], but we heard nothing from Jay Rock. With a new track produced by J.LBS, it looks like Rock might be gearing up for the release in the near future. The track is a lethargic affair; warped guitars and backing vocals swell and decay, making way for Rock’s assured flow and a surprisingly catchy hook. Stream below via Spotify.
