Dutch producer Koen released ‘1140’ this afternoon, an incredibly laid back cut of Chillwave/R & B that takes a vocal sample from Project Pat’s ‘High Off The Ground‘. Judging by the artwork and title, it doesn’t seem like ‘1140’ is part of a larger project but rather the latest in a series of long line of loose tracks. Stream below via SoundCloud.
