Okay, so this album is nearly a month old, but it is unbelievably good, and also unbelievably slept on.  Chimp Blood is the second album from Vancouver-based duo Pigeon Hole and is definitely not for the purists.  The two producer/MCs have engineered themselves a sound that is genuinely unlike anything you will ever have heard.  Trap, Hip Hop, Grime, Dubstep and Funk all bleed together in this musical hybrid that packs an incredible punch, without ever being offensive to the ear.  The vocals aren’t bad, in a Beastie Boys kind of way, but if this duo can draft in a guest verse or two from a rapper with some real bars the result would be epic.  Click what might be the best album artwork ever made to buy the album on iTunes, or listen below via Urbnet’s BandCamp.
